Rug Warp Ne 12, unbleached

High-quality unbleached Egyptian cotton warp yarn, especially suited to rug warps. This yarn has been spun from slightly thicker strands, which is why it's thicker than our other cotton warp yarns with the same number of plies. The thicker options of this yarn can also be used in different kinds of knot techniques and crochet.

Washing instructions: Wash at 60 °C.

The 6 different thicknesses available:

Ne 12/6 (tex 50x6) 1 kg = approx. 3 000 m (close to regular 9-ply cotton twine)
Ne 12/9 (tex 50x9) 1 kg = approx. 2 000 m (corresponds to regular 15-ply cotton twine)
Ne 12/12 (tex 50x12) 1 kg = approx. 1 500 m (close to regular 18-ply cotton twine)
Ne 12/15 (tex 50x15) 1 kg = approx. 1 250 m
Ne 12/18 (tex 50x18) 1 kg = approx. 1 000 m (corresponds to our Varppi cotton twine)
Ne 12/27 (tex 50x27) 1 kg = approx. 690 m (the thickest cotton warp yarn we have available).
