Free Pattern: Vanne Basket

The beautiful and practical Vanne Basket is crocheted around a plywood base, so it keeps its shape even when moved. For added support, the basket has a metal ring on the rim and leather handles on the top for added practicality.

Size: 30 x 40 x 22 cm (bottom x top edge x height)
Yarn: Lankava Lilli Tube Yarn (80 % recycled cotton, 20 % polyester, 1 kg = 220 m) 900 g dark green (11).
Other supplies: Round plywood basket base 30 cm (69 holes), metal ring 40 cm, 2 leather straps in natural color 40 cm (width 22 mm), 4 pieces of 2-sided hollow rivets (diameter 7-9 mm, height 6-7 mm) and a hammer.
Crochet hook: 4 mm and 7 mm, or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 8 sc and 7.5 rows = 10 cm.
