Free pattern: Molla Mills Leija Throw

The pattern of Leija Throw designed by Molla Mills is inspired by an old textile piece of Kauhavan Kangas-Aitta (now Lankava). 

"I’ve always loved floral patterns, and while many of the traditional designs were beautiful, I was particularly drawn to the shapes, rhythms, and repetition of the floral motifs in this design. I wanted to capture their delicate elegance while giving them a fresh, modern twist in the Leija Throw."

Design: Lankava, Molla Mills.
Size: 100x140 cm (+ fringes).
Yarn: Lankava Lysti Sock Yarn (75 % wool, 25 % polyamide, 100 g = approx. 200 m) 1,1 kg of light blue (Summer sky 857) and Naturelli Mahtava (100 % wool, 220 g = approx. 90 m) 650g 
of natural white.
Crochet hook: 4 mm or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 18 sts and 9 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm.
